  • Travel hotel price quoted not honored



    My friends and I are going to Copenhagen in August to board a cruise. We decided to go a couple of days early and explore. The girl on the phone told us that the total for 2 nights was $228 for 2 rooms. We agreed. The confirmation came over email, but was for 1 room, 1 night at $119. We called and were told that they'd review the phone tape and if that's what was said, they would honor the rate quoted. 2 weeks later they claim they can't find the recording, so they'll give us a voucher for $65 on our next booking.
